Alvin Evan Rope was born on May 23, 1974 in San Carlos, Arizona to Nancy and Evan Rope Jr.
Alvin has three sons Tyrone John Rope, Andrew Dewayne Rope and Alvin Rope Jr., three younger sisters Gracesha, Lanaya and Kimberly. Alvin's parents Nancy and Junior moved to Dallas, Texas from 1978-1980. They stayed with Corrine, Janice, and Joniva and this is where Alvin went to school.
Alvin loved the outdoors, and he loved to go hunting. His first kill was a 4x4 in the yellow jacket area, and he would go hunting with his grandpa Evan Rope Sr., his father Junior, as well as his uncle Johnny. Alvin mentioned wanting to go hunting again this year with his father. He also loved fishing; just a month ago, he almost caught a big fish, though he was not able to reel it in due to using a small children's fishing pole.
Alvin loved to draw and paint, he had a real talent for working scenery portraits. On the back porch, he would tell his nieces and nephew "Let me teach you how like Bob Ross". Alvin had a smile that could brighten up a room, loved to tell jokes and he would always say funny quotes from movies. One fond memory of Alvin was coming to his dad's house to ride an untamed horse named Sugar, he somehow managed to get on the horse. His father was watching nearby, where the horse bucked him off. Adam Rope then came along, where Alvin told him to get on and the same thing happened. Alvin just laughed.
We will always remember you Shner, Ronnie, Mulla. You are with your mom and grandparents, and you will truly be missed.
