Bonnie Gregg

Bonnie Lee Carpenter Gregg was returned to her Heavenly Father on the morning of August 19, 2025 in Queen Creek, AZ at the age of 94.

Bonnie was born in Pima, AZ on the 4th of May, 1931.  She spent her early childhood there and later moved to Safford where she attended and graduated from Safford High School.

Bonnie had many interests, she loved to read and write and play the piano but most of all she loved to sing and was well known for her beautiful singing voice.  She sang with several different groups through her church and for many many funerals around the valley.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Creighton A. Gregg and her dear parents James Harley Carpenter & Gladys Maloy Carpenter.  A brother Ted H. Carpenter, A sister Ruth Carpenter Crabtree.  Two sons Robert W. Goodwin & James Scott Goodwin.  Three grandchildren Willow Hays, Tracie M. Goodwin, & Richard Carter Hudson.

Bonnie is survived by two brothers Doug (Barbara) Carpenter, Dan (Peggy) Carpenter.  Four daughters Christia Varrato, Marcia (Dan) Hays, Katherine (Peter) Hansen & Cecilie (Brian) Hudson and many beautiful Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held in Pima, AZ at The Pima Stake at 10 AM on Friday, August 29, 2025 and burial will follow in the Pima Cemetery.
