Cade Hicks

Cade Errol Hicks, 33, passed away on August 16, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Born in Safford, Arizona on June 3, 1992 to Charles & Sharalyn Hicks.  Cade later moved to Tempe where he spent his early childhood and then to Virginia where he enjoyed summers at Lake Anna and adventures with neighborhood friends.

In his early teens, he returned to Safford where he attended Safford High School.  He spent many weekends at the lake and sand dunes enjoying time with family and friends.

Although Cades life was not without struggles, his family will always remember the sweet spirited boy who brought joy and love into their lives.  He is remembered for his big heart and protective nature.

Cade is survived by his father Chuck (Sarah) Hicks, brother Jay Weaver, sisters Sarah Weaver and Kayla (Jacob) Brownmiller, and many extended family members.

Cade Errol Hicks will be laid to rest with his mother Sharalyn in the Ashhurst Cemetery East of Ft. Thomas.  Services will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
