Calvert Gustina, born on January 14, 1955, in San Carlos, Arizona, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025, in Safford, Arizona. He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of many with his warm heart and jovial spirit.

Calvert was a devoted Transportation Driver, known for his unwavering commitment to his work and the people he served. His career was not merely a job; it was an extension of his caring personality. He took pride in ensuring that everyone reached their destination safely, often sharing a joke to brighten their day. This engaging nature was emblematic of who he was: loving, generous, and always ready to laugh.

A proud graduate of Ft. Thomas High School, Calvert enjoyed a rich life filled with hobbies that included hunting and fishing, pursuits that allowed him to bond with family and friends. His love for the outdoors was complemented by cherished moments spent hanging out with loved ones, where laughter echoed and memories were made.

Calvert’s personality was truly a gift; he was known to care deeply for others. While he often jested, it was never at someone else's expense – he preferred to laugh with them, creating an atmosphere of joy and laughter that anyone who knew him would remember fondly. A jokester at heart, his playful spirit endeared him to many, leaving behind a legacy of love and light.

He is survived by his loving brother Leroy Gustina and his beloved sons Ivan, Nolando, and Shawn Gustina, along with his precious daughter Nyh-Lyn Kitcheyan. Additionally, Calvert is a proud grandfather to ten grandchildren who will carry forward the joyful spirit he instilled in them.

Calvert now joins his late father, Arthur Gustina, and mother, Alice Stanley Gustina, as well as his late siblings, Jefferson and Elvina Gustina, in peace.
