A proud graduate of San Manuel High School in 1982, Crystal embarked on a career that she found deeply fulfilling. Her role as an operator at the mine was not just a job; it was a testament to her resilience and unwavering work ethic. She approached each day with a strong sense of duty and dedication, influencing many along the way.
Crystal found profound joy in her family life. In 1988, she married the love of her life, Kris Allen Kilpatrick Sr., in Oracle, Arizona. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories. The pride Crystal felt in being a mother was palpable; her daughters, Beth and Trinka, and her son, Kris Jr., were the joys of her life. Moreover, her heart swelled with love for her 15 grandchildren, each one a unique treasure, bringing endless joy and light to her days.
Hunting and fishing were amongst Crystal's favorite pastimes, but her most treasured moments were those spent in the company of her family. Whether it was exploring the great outdoors or gathering for special celebrations, she knew the essence of life was grounded in the richness of family connection.
Crystal’s legacy is accentuated by her close-knit relationships with her siblings, Ida, Jean, Joan, Lois, and Vincent, who held steadfast by her side. Together, they shared many laughs, late-night talks, and family traditions that are now fondly remembered by all.
She was preceded in death by her dear parents, Rita and William Taylor, and her beloved husband, Kris Kilpatrick Sr. Their memories will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who loved her.
