Efren Rivera

Efren B. Rivera, 77, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at his residence in Clifton, Arizona. He was born on August 12, 1944 in Las Cruces, New Mexico, to the late Alberto & Arnulfa (Barrera) Rivera. He served in the United States Army for two years; from 1970 through 1972. Efren retired from Phelps Dodge Corporation, now Freeport McMoran, after 32 years of employment and; thereafter, was employed for one year as a consultant. He is survived by his wife of 42-years, Margaret (Mendez) and their two sons: Isaac Efren Rivera (Maria Oliva) and Nathaniel Christopher Rivera, of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by three loving grandchildren: Erika Sofia Oliva, Natalia Lilliana Rivera and Isaac Efren Rivera, Jr. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
