Frank Waters

Frank Dempsey Waters, 71, of Safford, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at the Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center in Safford, AZ. He was born on May 20, 1943 in Safford. He is survived by his brother Jeffry Waters (Verlene) of West Jordan, UT; sister-in-law, Sandra Waters of Safford; business partner and dear friends, Debra Congdon and family; numerous nieces and nephews, Helen Waters, Larry Waters, David Waters (Marti), Frank T. Waters (Katherine), Rebecca Waters, and DeVonna Waters; and numerous cousins and extended family and friends. Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Caldwell Funeral Chapel, 112 East Main Street in Safford, and one hour prior to services on Saturday at the church. Funeral will be at 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 15,2014 at the Safford LDS 20th Street Building in Safford with Bishop Clay Emery officiating. Interment will be in the Safford Cemetery.
