It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Gavin Michael Bingham, cherished son, brother, grandson, and friend, who left this world far too soon on June 8, 2025, at the age of 24. Gavin was born on September 14, 2000, in Mesa, Arizona, and grew up to be a bright light in the lives of those around him. He was a proud graduate of Thatcher High School, class of 2019, and an impressive student at Eastern Arizona College, where he pursued his passion as a Computer Analyst.
Gavin’s personality was a blend of introversion wrapped in a caring spirit and supportive nature. Those who knew him often spoke of his ability to love deeply, protect fiercely, and approach every situation with a uniquely blunt and sarcastic sense of humor that could brighten even the cloudiest of days. Revered for his independence and remarkable skills, he was noted for being very handy—whether it was fixing things or creating something new, Gavin thrived in the world of building, welding, and working with cars and bikes, often immersing himself in projects that showcased both his creativity and resourcefulness.
He took enormous pride in his accomplishments, notably the day he bought his beloved Corvette—a symbol of his determination and zest for life. Gavin always knew how to enjoy his time, balancing laughter and hard work with hobbies that ignited his spirit.
A tragic accident took Gavin from us far too soon, leaving us to mourn the loss of a remarkable individual. He is survived by his loving mother, Stephanie Bingham; his sisters, Kadie Bingham and Ashlyn Bingham, and his grandparents, Mary and Steven Bingham, who brought him comfort and support throughout his life, and countless friends who were touched by his warmth and humor.
Gavin joins his beloved father, George "Jeremy" Bingham; his brother, George "Bailey" Bingham; and his brother, Ayden Thomas Bingham, in eternal rest. Together, they are missed more than words can express, forever held in the hearts of their loved ones.
A memorial service to honor Gavin’s life will be held on June 14, 2025, at the Eastern Arizona College Football Field in Thatcher, Arizona, beginning at 8:00 PM. If you have a cool restored vehicle that you'd like to drive in the procession from the Thatcher Stake Center to the football field please feel free to gather at 7:00 p.m. As we gather to celebrate his life, we remember the joy he brought and the love he shared, keeping his memory alive in our hearts and stories for years to come.
