George S. Tebbs, 85 of Central passed away in Tucson on April 1, 2011. George was born April 9, 1925 in Denver, Colorado and worked as a locomotive engineer. He served in the US Army as a paratrooper during WWII in the European Theater and was awarded the Purple Heart. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Veteran's Cemetery in Sierra Vista. Military Honors will be given by the Ft. Huachuca Honor Guard.
