Harold J. Packer, 94, passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at the Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center in Safford. He was born on August 21, 1917 in Lonestar, Arizona, to Asa Packer and Bertie Quinn Packer. A graveside service will be held at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery in Vacaville, California. Services times are pending and will be announced.
