Hope Elmer Hammer, 39, of Duncan, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2014 in Duncan. She was born on October 30, 1975, in Tucson, to Alvin and Betty Elmer. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the Duncan LDS Stake Center, with a viewing one hour prior to services.
