Sunday November 9th, 2025 our family said good by to James Frederick Moser; a good son, grand son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Jim was born August 15, 1942 in Needles, California to George LeBeau Moser and Sibyl Robertson Moser who were living in nearby Oatman, Arizona. The family soon moved to Vanadium, New Mexico where Jim started school in Bayard. The Mosers finally settled in Silverbell, Arizona. A proud 1960 graduate of Marana High School where he lettered in all four sports. He attended EAJC then on to the UofA graduating in 1965 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He worked for the Department of Public Roads before joining the Navy, going to Officers Candidate School, then serving in Vietnam. Jim met the love of his life, Judy Adams, while stationed in California, marrying in Hawaii while he was on his R and R. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he eventually settled in Safford, Arizona working for many years as Graham County Engineer and Planning and Zoning director before culminating his career with the Arizona Department of Transportation. He was proud to be instrumental in the development of the Graham County Fair Grounds where he coached many Little League and Soccer teams and played many softball games.

He is survived by his children; son Jerry Moser (Alfonso Matias) with children Hayden and Mailey; daughter Janice Schultz (Kyle McKinney) with children AJ Rhodes, Kaylie Schultz and Ryder Schultz; his two sisters Joyce Allred (Marty) and families, Julie Moser (Ed Hope) and families; and many adoring and adored nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Judy Adams Moser, and his son James Ross (Jimmy) Moser.

We will remember him for his love of people, the UofA wildcats, airplanes, dancing, and talking to everyone. He will be missed by all who knew him!

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
