John H. Kay 1961 ~ 2008 John Henry Kay passed away July 7, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Married to Sharlyn VanDerMeyden Kay for 19 years. Survived by sons: Jacob, Chris and Kenneth; daughter, Jennifer; 7 grandchildren; 2 sisters. Memorial services will be held Friday, July 11, 2008, 7-9 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
