Julian (Jared) Perez was born on September 07, 1986, in Safford, Arizona and passed away on February 25, 2026, in Clifton, Arizona at the age of 39. Julian was a deeply loving soul whose presence left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Throughout his life, Julian loved with effortless grace and boundless depth.
He was fiercely devoted to his family and friends, always willing to fight for those he cared about and to stand up for those who needed an advocate. Compassion came to him naturally, and he carried a deep sense of responsibility for the well-being of others.
Julian lived a life marked by curiosity and service. He began his professional journey as a successful hair stylist, where his creativity, warmth, and ability to connect with people shone brightly. Later, he transitioned into healthcare, working as an urgent care technician, where he became a strong advocate for patient, offering not only skill and knowledge, but empathy, dignity, and care during vulnerable moments.
Julian's heart was generous, and he felt deeply. Like many who love fiercely, he carried invisible struggles alongside his strength. He will be remembered for his passion, his loyalty, and the unwavering way he showed up for others, even when life felt heavy.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, John and Julia Provencio, and Macario and Beatriz Perez.
Julian is survived by his father, Frank Perez; his mother, Judy Martinez; his stepfather, Marty Martinez; his siblings, Belen Lawrence (David Lawrence), Jude Perez (Taya Brooks), and Malina Martinez; and his cherished nephew, Avi Lawrence. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
A celebration of Julian's life will be held on Saturday, March 07, 2026, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Morenci, Arizona. The Rosary will be prayed in his honor beginning at 9:30 a.m., followed by the Mass at 10:00 a.m. Internment services will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Morenci. A reception will be held afterwards at his Mother's residence and Julian's childhood home in Verde Lee.
Julian's legacy lives on in the love he gave so freely, the lives he touched, and the courage and compassion he showed throughout his life.
