Kris Kilpatrick, born on December 5, 1955, in Scotia, California, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025, in Pima, Arizona. He was a dedicated and skilled Diagnostic Mechanic in the mining industry, where his expertise and work ethic earned him the respect of his colleagues and contributions to his field.

Kris worked diligently to achieve his education, having received his GED and furthering his studies at Central Arizona College. His commitment to learning and self-improvement was a testament to his character and determination.

On November 26, 1988, Kris proudly married Crystal Rayneed Taylor in Oracle, Arizona. Their union was a source of joy and love, and together they raised a wonderful family. Kris was a beloved father to daughters Beth Wright and Trinka Kilpatrick, and to son Kris Kilpatrick, Jr. He was also a cherished brother to Donna Kilpatrick.

Kris took great pride in being a grandfather to his numerous grandchildren: Caleb, Casey, Henry, Samuel, Jacob, David, Rita, Jewel, Kris III, Kolton, Levi, Milo, and Jasper, with whom he shared many fond memories. His legacy will continue to live on through them.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kris had a passion for fishing and hunting, activities that allowed him to connect with nature and enjoy the great outdoors. He cherished these moments, which brought him tranquility and happiness.

Kris leaves behind a loving family who will remember him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Clinton Kilpatrick, his brother Skip Kilpatrick, and his grandchildren Sarah and Noah. His memory will be honored and cherished by those who knew and loved him.
