Leah Kenna Wright

October 4, 2004 — January 24, 2025

Leah Kenna Wright, born on October 4, 2004, in Lawton, Oklahoma, departed this world on January 24, 2025, leaving behind a tapestry of cherished memories and a legacy of love woven deeply within the hearts of her family and friends. A remarkably intelligent and affectionate young woman, Leah's presence lit up the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her warm, teasing nature endeared her to those closest to her, especially as she playfully engaged with her older sister, marking their bond in a special way.

Having attended Fort Thomas Elementary and Junior High School, Leah was not only a diligent student but also an avid reader with a profound appreciation for photography and coloring books. Her creative spirit and imaginative mind allowed her to see the beauty in everyday moments, often captured through her camera lens or brought to life with vibrant colors.

Described by her family as both bossy and generous, Leah embodied a joyful contradiction. This delightful complexity meant she was loved and adored by her family and friends. Her family will forever cherish the memories of her goofy antics and affectionate disposition. Her companionship with Josyia Pike accentuated the special connections she forged throughout her life, reminding us of the importance of love and friendship.

Leah’s health struggles did not stop her from attaining beautiful milestones; she was baptized on November 2, 2024, a testament to her resilient spirit and devotion to her faith. Her pride in being surrounded by her cherished family was evident, as she treasured each moment spent with them, illuminating their lives with her vibrant energy.

Leah is lovingly remembered by her mother, Kaylin Bond, her devoted grandparents, Danford and Opal Wright, her siblings Laura Wright, Loren Wright Jr, Margie Wright, Jonathan Wright, Landon Gustina, Noah Gustina, Nelah Gustina, Lana Gustina, and Harmony Victor. She also leaves behind her cherished companion Josyia Pike.

She is greeted in eternal rest by a host of loved ones: her father, Loren Wright Sr; her grandmother, Margie Wright; her great-grandparents, Andy and Linda Wright; her grandfather, Norris Kessay Jr; her uncle, Dustin Wright; and Baby Wright.

A testament to a life so beautifully intertwined with love, Leah Kenna Wright’s journey will be commemorated on February 1, 2025, with a funeral service held at the 1st Miracle Church in Bylas, where family and friends will gather to celebrate her life and the indelible mark she has left on all who knew her.

Though Leah's time with us was far too brief, the impact of her love, kindness, and joyous spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of her family, ensuring that her memory shall endure, even as they navigate the profound sorrow of her absence.
