Louis Voelckel

Louis Vincent Voelckel, Jr. of Safford passed away in the early morning hours of August 11, 2021. Louis was born on March 26, 1935, in Solomonville, Arizona to parents Louis Vincent, Sr. and Dolpha Graham Voelckel. Louis honorably served four years in the United States Navy and when he had free time, he loved to play golf. He was known for being a gentleman, scholarly, and well-educated. Louis had seven sisters, five of whom preceded him in death and two that has survived him, Diane Gojkovich and Patt Popovich. Louis also had two children Michael Voelckel and Debra Budge. A private burial service will be held at a later date in Bisbee, Arizona.
