Martina Carpenter

Martina Maria Carpenter, 51, of Eden, passed away on January 4, 2021. She was born on January 30, 1969, in Lukachukai, Arizona to parents Howard Arthur Mavis & Margaret Gallagher Mavis with siblings Heather, Brian, and Alyson. Martina graduated from high school in Ridgecrest, California in 1987. On March 8, 1991, Martina married Monty Carpenter and the couple was blessed with 3 children; Joshua, Jaimee, and Marie. Martina enjoyed crafting dreamcatchers, sewing, and coloring. She was a very cheerful and sweet person and could often be heard saying "As you wish". She is survived by her husband Monty, her children Joshua Carpenter, Jaimee (Ezekiel) Wolfe, Marie (Cory) Walter, 1 grandchild, her father Howard, and her pet Smokey. Martina was preceded in death by her mother Annie Badonie. A viewing and visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Fort Thomas chapel beginning at 11:00 a.m. with family prayer at 11:45 am. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with interment in the Eden Cemetery.
