Patricia Gwynn Snow

March 4, 1951 — February 9, 2026

Thatcher, Arizona

Patricia Gwynn Snow, affectionately known as Trish or Pat, was born on March 4, 1951, in Carroll, Iowa. She left this world on February 9, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona, surrounded by the love of her children, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her.

A proud high school graduate who had attended Tennessee State University in 1971, Patricia dedicated her professional life to serving others as a Director for Home Health & Hospice. In her career, she exemplified unwavering compassion and commitment, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her life's work mirroring her vibrant personality, Patricia was known for her quick wit and quirky sense of humor that could brighten the darkest days.

Patricia's laughter was matched only by her love for the simple joys of life. She had a soft spot for dogs, particularly her beloved rescue dog Pico de Gallo, and found joy in sips of coffee and the color pink, which adorned her life in countless, cheerful ways.

She is remembered by her treasured family: her daughter Jennifer (Julieann) Diaz and son Christopher (Irene) Engels, who carry forward her legacy of kindness and humor. Her love extended to her siblings, Carol Radler and Peggy Gross, who shared countless memories alongside her throughout the years. The warmth of her spirit survives in her two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish the love and laughter that Patricia brought into their lives.

Patricia’s life was enriched by the love she gave and received. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert John Rees and Lois Margaret Eilers Rees, who welcomed her into the world with hopes and dreams now fulfilled through her compassionate life.

Patricia will be honored with a memorial service on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at McDougal Caldwell Funeral Chapel located in Safford, AZ. The service will begin at 10:00 AM, a time to gather as family and friends to celebrate the remarkable impact she had on all of our lives.
