Patty Marie Stull, born on July 13, 1963, in Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025, in Safford, Arizona. A remarkable individual, Patty's life was characterized by her strong will, outgoing nature, and unwavering determination. Through her journey, she embraced three core values: family, friends, and faith, which she held dear throughout her life.
Patty was a proud graduate of Cholla High School in Tucson, Arizona. She continued her education and earned an Associate degree in Applied Science at Eastern Arizona College, showcasing her dedication to personal growth and knowledge. Her career, though marked by her disability, did not define her; rather, she embodied the spirit of perseverance.
In addition to her academic accomplishments, Patty served honorably in the Army, demonstrating her commitment to her country. She was a woman of many talents and had a passion for engaging in activities like doing diamond art and baking delicious cookies. Her creativity and skills will be fondly remembered by those fortunate enough to share in her joys.
Patty's love for her family was unmatched. She is survived by her daughters, Viola Mullins and Tiffany Harjoi, who were undoubtedly the pride of her life. Her sons Rodney Kinkaid, Joshua Barr, and Rusty Barr. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Willis Ward, Ayane Ward, Shane Ward, Logan Tuttle, Chloe Tuttle, Zena Martin, Axaleah Martin, Kalese Martin, Kylie Wegman, Ahdosy Wegman, and Dixie Wegman. They each carry with them the lessons and love she imparted.
She is also remembered lovingly by her father, Frank Barr, Sr., her brother, Frank Barr, Jr., her sister, Peggy Barr, son-in-law Troy Mullins, and her beloved pets, including her cats Spirit, Sunset, Smokey, and Lucky, along with her dogs Trouble, King, Babies, and Chico. Patty now joins her late husband, David Stull, her mother, June Thompson, as well as her other husband, Michael Kinkaid, and her brother, Mark Barr, in eternal rest.
A memorial service in celebration of Patty's life is scheduled for June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 49 S 100 W, Pima, Arizona. Family and friends are invited to gather and share their memories of her strong spirit and affectionate heart.
Patty Marie Stull will be forever remembered for her strength, her humor encapsulated in the saying "My house, my rules," and the immense love she had for all those around her. Her impact on the lives of her family and friends will resonate for generations to come.
