November 21, 1926 — July 8, 2007

Ralph Wayne Tye 1926 ~ 2007 Loving husband, dad, grandpa and brother passed away peacefully July 8, 2007 at the age of 80. Born October 21, 1926 in Taylorsville, Utah to J Lowell and Edna Tye. Married his sweetheart, Belva Brown Belvadear October 14, 1948 in the Salt Lake Temple. Ralph enjoyed golfing, traveling, camping, fishing, hard work, and most of all, spending time with his family. He was a lifetime resident of Taylorsville and a prominent businessman who was known for his integrity. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ralph gave a lifetime of service in the church. Survived by his loving wife and children: Craig (Diane), Jeffrey (Laura), Douglas (Dana), Ronald (Tammy), Bryan (Sheri), Bradley (Laurie), Marilyn (Brent) Larsen, and Teresa (Tracy) Woodbury; 60 grandkids; 16 great-grandkids (and counting); sister, Kathleen Donelson; brother, Warren. Preceded in death by daughter-in-law, Sheryl; sister-in-law, Betty; brother-in-law, Dick Donelsen. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 16, 2007, 12:00 noon at the Taylorsville Stake Center, 1400 West 4800 South. A viewing will be held Sunday, July 15, 2007, 5:30-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Monday at the church, 10-11:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted for improvements at the Taylorsville Bennion Heritage Center. Donations can be made to the Ralph W.
