Robert S. Skuppin Gone Fishing Robert Steven Skuppin, 64, passed away peacefully November 9, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born March 4, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to William Ferdinand and Rose Anderson Skuppin. Married Sandra Lee Baker. Survived by son, Darrel Woodruff; siblings: William (Hannah), Alvin (Betty), Shirley (Ed), Betty (Tad), Micky, Elsa (Jerry); and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by wife, Sandy, the love of his life; brothers: Ray, Andy, Phillip, Leslie, Jimmy and David Anderson; sisters: Rose Scroggins and Marjorie Bloomquist. See you at the next fishing hole! A viewing will be held Friday, November 13, 2009, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
