Shelby Fenton

August 30, 1992 — February 23, 2022

Shelby Lynn Fenton left this life way too early on February 23, 2022. Shelby my sweet Daughter was born August 30, 1992, in Brownwood, Tx to Mike &Janie Fenton. Shelby was a loving and compassionate person, who loved to be silly, she was always grateful for everything you gave her or did for her. Shelby had the most beautiful soul anyone could have. Shelby attended Woodland Heights Elementary in Brownwood, Texas, then transferred to Safford schools in Az. We lived in Thatcher but took her to Safford schools. Her Grandfather, Manuel Provencio, helped take care of her and take her to school, Shelby loved her Poppa. She enjoyed fun cooking days. She enjoyed spending time with all of us and eating our yummy food. Instead of learning how to actually cook. Dallas, Angel, and Shelby were the best of cousins, they hung out every chance they got from video games, making YouTube videos, and just loving life together. Shelby loved softball and participated every summer in Thatcher then she played for Safford. She loved skateboarding and hanging out with friends and family. Shelby graduated from Safford High school in 2011. She then worked at Safeway for a while till she meet Aeron Ellis, the love of her life! Shelby blessed me with three grandchildren; Patience, Ivan, and Brodie. Shelby loved the family game night, sitting outside, spending hours rock hunting for apache tears, and the Holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas. She loved making those Holidays special for her children. The relationship she had with her sister Kylei Roberts was heaven-sent. Shelby cried and cried because she wouldn't be alone. She was a wonderful big sister that taught her a lot and helped me take care of her peanut. Most of all she loved and adored her children Patience, Ivan, and Brodie. They were her whole world. If you were lucky enough to be present when she gazed into her children's faces, you would see the pure joy radiating from her face. it was really amazing to see. She wanted nothing more for them but to have a wonderful life. She is preceded in death by Greatgrandprents, Howard & Willie Fenton, Grandma Keith, Rufygio Hillyard, Lucia Aguilar, Poppa Manuel Provencio, Uncle Ramon Provencio, Cousins Tommy, Eric Medina, and baby Kashlynne Thygerson Provencio. Shelby is survived by her loving children. Patience Gonzales, Ivan Ellis, Brodie Ellis, Fiancee' Aeron Ellis, Mother Janie Fenton, Stepfather Peter Roberts, Sissy Kylei Robert, Father Mike Fenton, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a lot of friends. Shelby will be deeply missed by all who know her and love her. A Visitation will be held from 10:00 until 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 4, 2022, at McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel. Arrangements are being cared for by McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel, located at 112 E. Main St., Safford, Arizona, 85546, 928-428-1740.
