Socorro Morales

Socorro P. Morales of Clifton entered into eternity on November 7, 2021. She was born on August 23, 1935, in Janos, Chihuahua, Mexico to parents Antonio & Catalina Perea with siblings Beto, Gonzalo, and Maria Luisa. Socorro married the love of her life David, in 1955, and they were blessed with seven children. The family moved to Morenci in 1957. She is survived by her son David (Lorri) Morales, Terri (Anthony) Ortega, Dolores (Danny) Corona, Manuel (Liz) Morales, Alma Morales, and Cristina (Gilbert) Jaquez, ten Grandchildren, five Great-Grandchildren, and lots of Nieces and Nephews. Socorro was preceded in death by her loving husband David, her daughter Gloria, her parents Antonio & Catalina Perea, her brothers Gonzalo and Beto, and her sister Maria Luisa. A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. followed by the Recitation of the Rosary at 9:00 with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 at the Holy Cross Parish.
