Teresa Hammond Born on September 17, 1963, Teresa passed away in a tragic car accident September 22, 2021. Teresa is survived by Her Mother Barbara Tandyk, her three children; Merrisa Blystra, Jason Smith, Maggie Smith, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild . Teresa will be greatly missed by family and friends. Services for Teresa will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at the Thatcher VFW post. Arrangements were cared for by McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel located at 112 E. Main St. Safford, AZ 85546, 928-428-1740.
