Victor Bell 1940 ~ 2010 On Saturday July 17, 2010, Victor Bell returned home to his Heavenly Father. He was born on June 29, 1940 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He served his country during WW II in the Army. He is survived by his wife, 4 children, 4 step-children, 1 brother and 1 sister. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at the Granger Stake Center, 3935 West 2925 South, West Valley City with a viewing 9:00-10:45 a.m. prior to the services.
