William Michael Rios, 56, of Safford, passed away June 29, 2016 in Tucson, AZ. He was born April 11, 1959 in Safford to Manuel R. & Dolores A. Rios. Services will be conducted on Saturday, July 2, 2016 beginning with a visitation at 1:00 p.m. and funeral services starting at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Safford with Pastor Dale Clonts conducting. Interment will be in the Safford Cemetery.
